This would include diagnostic information for us to better troubleshoot any problem you may be encountering.
If you're contacting us about a problem, the following information would be very helpful:
1) what did you try to do,
2) what did you expect to see, and
3) what actually happened?
If there are error messages, please provide the message or a screenshot of the error so that we can better help diagnose the problem.
Cannot find Help menu?
If you're unable to access the menu bar because you've hidden Due from the dock, you can first set Due to show icon in "Both Dock and Menu Bar" in Due > Preferences > Show icon in:.
Preferences can be accessed with the gear cog icon in the side bar, or with the keyboard shortcut Cmd-, (comma).
