Incremental sync makes synchronization faster and more efficient by reducing data transfer. This should also improve battery life and the reliability of background sync on iPhone and iPad.
To use incremental sync, all devices must be running Due 25.2 or later with this feature turned on.
To Turn On Incremental Sync on iPhone and iPad
- From the side menu, go to Sync.
(On iPhone, tap on the menu button ☰ to reveal the side menu.) - Under Sync, turn on ‘Use Incremental Sync’.
- Repeat this for all devices.
To Turn On Incremental Sync on Mac
- In the menu bar, choose Due > Settings, then click Sync.
(Note: In older versions of macOS, Settings is named Preferences. If you’re not seeing Due menu because you've hidden Due from your Dock, you can right-click on the Due menu bar icon to find ‘Preferences.’) - Select “Use Incremental Sync.”
- Repeat this for all devices.
